For buyers
- We help you secure a clean, transferable set of ICASA licenses, typically priced from R1.0m to R1.6m
- Non-refundable ICASA license transfer fees of approximately R140k are paid directly to ICASA
- Legal fees of R100k–R300k are paid directly to your transfer attorneys of choice
- Transfers typically take around 18 months to complete
Sell side
For sellers
- We help you dispose of your ICASA licenses, with sellers typically realizing R900k to R1.5m for a set
- Before any transfer begins, the buyer's funds are deposited into the transfer attorney's trust account
- Those funds accrue interest for the buyer's benefit throughout the process, giving sellers certainty the deal is fully funded from day one
- Transfers typically take around 18 months to complete
How we're compensated
Rand Networks typically earns a percentage fee from both the buyer and the seller side of each license transfer.
On occasion, Rand Networks will purchase a set of licenses outright to hold as inventory — giving buyers who need a more immediate solution a faster path than waiting for a new transfer to clear.
